Ai sensi del Decreto Legislativo nr. 206/2005, detto Codice del Consumo, il cliente consumatore ha diritto a recedere dal contratto di acquisto per qualsiasi motivo, fatto salvo quanto indicato ai successivi punti.
Per esercitare tale diritto, il cliente dovrà inviare a Stewart Italia srl comunicazione di recesso entro e non oltre 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce.

Tale comunicazione dovrà essere inviata a mezzo e-mail all’indirizzo info@lomyscosmetics.com oppure tramite lettera raccomandata A/R indirizzata a:

Nella comunicazione vanno incluse le seguenti informazioni:

– Nome e Cognome del cliente;
– Indirizzo del cliente;
– Numero Ordine e data di acquisto;
– Descrizione articolo, quantità, motivo del reso e relativo importo versato.

Ricevuta la comunicazione, si provvederà a comunicare tramite email al cliente le modalità per effettuare la spedizione dei prodotti che dovrà avvenire entro e non oltre 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data in cui il cliente ha espressamente esercitato il diritto di recesso.

Una volta accolta la richiesta di recesso e ricevuta la merce, si provvederà al rimborso dell’intero importo versato dal cliente, eventualmente comprensivi delle spese di consegna ma al netto delle spese di spedizione relative al rientro del reso, entro 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data in cui il cliente ha esercitato il diritto di recesso.

Si ricorda che, le spese di spedizione relative alla restituzione del bene sono a carico del cliente come previsto dall’articolo 57, comma 1, del Codice del Consumo. Inoltre, si ricorda che Lòmys Cosmetics non è tenuta a rimborsare i costi supplementari di consegna del bene acquistato.

Si prega infine di considerare che il cliente consumatore ai sensi del Codice del consumo non può esercitare il diritto di recesso qualora venga riscontrata:

– L’apertura del prodotto, che quindi ne abbia compromesso l’integrità;
– L’assenza di elementi che fanno parte del prodotto(ad es. astuccio, tappo, dispenser ecc.);
– Il danneggiamento del prodotto;
– Merce resa oltre i 14 giorni lavorativi che rappresentano il termine massimo di restituzione.

Il cliente consumatore non potrà esercitare il diritto di recesso nemmeno in caso di acquisto di Gift Card Digitali (o Buoni Regalo), di conseguenza l’importo speso per l’acquisto di questa tipologia di prodotto non verrà rimborsato.
